  • UHP Hydro Jetting & Wet Abrasive Blasting: Utilizing Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) hydro-jetting systems (up to 40,000 psi) and automated high-flow cleaning heads to strip stubborn crude scale, pyrophoric iron deposits, rust, and heavy wax residues from tank walls, heat exchanger bundles, and process pipelines.
  • Hydrocarbon Oil Recovery & Sludge Processing: Processing harvested tank bottom sludge using high-speed three-phase decanter centrifuges and thermal-chemical separation systems to recover valuable hydrocarbons (crude oil) and separate water and dry solids, drastically reducing hazardous refinery waste disposal volumes.
  • Tank 3D Laser Calibration & NDT Inspection: Conducting high-precision 3D laser scanning for accurate volumetric storage tank calibration, alongside floor plate scanning (MFL), ultrasonic thickness mapping (UT), and non-destructive testing (NDT) to inspect tank integrity and prevent ground contamination.
  • High-Alloy Welding & Vessel Repairs: Code-certified specialty welding, heat exchanger tube bundle replacement, column tray installation, and corrosion-resistant overlays (CRO) to restore structural and leakproof integrity of high-pressure vessels, storage tanks, and process piping.
